  A great experience. Their shop is clean and well lit. I purchased a ring at another store and RL Johnson sized it for a low cost, they also fixed my boyfriend's necklace that snapped ( also purchased elsewhere). I brought a watch in to get links removed and the salesman was quick and professional. He resized my watch and changed the date for me at no charge. They are great and very friendly.

  I have been going to Johnson's for years. I have always had great customer service. They have an excellent selection and the prices are good. I love jewelry and I stop in a lot of places, but I always seem to end up at Johnson's. It's nice to be able to walk into a store and feel comfortable. I would trust them with any of my jewelry! I expecially enjoy working with Tom who is the owner.
